In an effort to reduce the cost of living I think we should look at the use of Universal Social Charges. Ask that we have a debate to discuss the pros and cons of increasing the threshold to €25,000 which will allow low-income persons to retain €500 - €600 annually of their own money and put it towards the cost of living.
