Today today I speak about the residential tenancy bill 2021. This bill is a way for the government to patch the pandemic hole in the tapestry of this country. This pandemic has left our already compromised housing Murphy with it stream of issues. Will this bill fix issues that tenants face? I do not believe it will. Students will only have to give 28 days notice if terminating residency and will not be required to give upfront payments. I believe these are all positive steps. It’s vital to know this bill will not fix that these problems. In our country we don’t provide affordable houses. However I welcome this Bill but I need the solutions and the long-term plan.
