We have lived with this virus for over 12 months. We are well aware of the risks the virus poses and we are continuing to roll out the vaccine. The circumstances to justify these emergency measures no longer exist considering we have not received relevant data to support these measure. A further extension will have further detrimental effect on our economy, the livelihoods and mental welfare of our citizens and so I oppose this bill today.
